Request for invitation letter for VISA application
Should you require an invitation letter to obtain a visa, please refer to the following.
- Visa letters will only be issued to:
1) Speakers and Presenters
2) Committee members
3) Attendees who have paid their registration fee in full
4) Exhibitors who have paid their exhibitor fee in full. - The Letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.
- We are unable to provide notarized invitation letters, nor contact the embassy or any government agencies on your behalf.
- Once the invitation letter has been issued, cancellation of the conference participation and fee refund is only possible upon presentation of the official visa application rejection letter.
